I Bet You Weren't Expecting This Time Change Advice
First thing’s first…if I were president I’d switch to moving our clocks ahead one hour at 4:00pm on a Friday but that’s just me.

All joking aside, did you know that it can take up to SEVEN days to adjust to daylight saving time? We are on day two and I am literally falling asleep writing this.
I’m not going to sit here and bore you with all the things you “should” do like limit your screen time, avoid caffeine, go to sleep early, blah blah blah. Quite frankly I am tired of being should-ed by the Internet.
Nope. I am going to tell you something that you GET to do this week, in the middle of your work day, with absolutely no guilt whatsoever.
You’re a busy professional and you’re obligated to a 30-minute lunch break and
I challenge you to use it to take a nap right in the middle of the day.
Seriously.
Sneak out to your car and turn it into a napping oasis.
Some time this week, take the evening to make sure your car is clean because who can sleep in clutter? Then, I want you to put the following items in your car:
1. A sleep mask
2. Car blackout shades if you have them, or even just towels over the windows
3. Lavender pillow mist
4. Headphones (check YouTube for some white noise videos!)
5. A blanket and pillow
The next day, just about the time you’re about to hit that afternoon slump, I want you to sneak out to your car, lock your doors, turn your phone on silent, set a 25-minute timer, kick off your shoes, recline your seat, and take that power nap!
When you get back to work, all your co-workers will be wondering where your sudden burst of energy came from as they sleepily sip their coffee!
Speaking of coffee...if you took my advice, email me. I owe you a cup just for being awesome.
Happy Napping!
