When Janiece Williams, Co-Founder and Executive Director of LeaderFlow, was building the organization, the vision was bold: to increase racial equity in leadership by helping emerging diverse leaders rise in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.

As LeaderFlow expanded from one city to five in just two years, its impact was undeniable—but the behind-the-scenes operations were becoming unmanageable. With no full-time administrative team, every process, checklist, and deadline lived in Janiece’s head. She was managing events, volunteers, and logistics solo while trying to protect the mission that mattered most.

“Right now, everything lives up here [in my head]. I was just making it work as best as I could, but I hadn’t really thought through how to templatize things in a way that could sustain the work we’re doing.”

Building Structure Without Losing Momentum

The growth was exciting, but it wasn’t sustainable. Between overlapping programs, simultaneous city launches, and countless details to coordinate, Janiece needed more than admin support—she needed systems and partnership.

That’s where Admin Amy came in. Together, we built workflows in Monday.com, developed repeatable templates, and created clear SOPs to bring order and scalability to the work. Our team handled logistics, certificates, and volunteer appreciation while ensuring LeaderFlow’s expanding programs stayed consistent and high-quality.

Most importantly, we became a thought partner—helping Janiece step back, delegate effectively, and focus her time on what only she could do: leading the vision.

“It became more of a thought partnership for me…so much more valuable to just share the load and also help me elevate my role as a leader.”

Our Solution: System, Support, & Strategic Partnership

When Janiece partnered with Admin Amy, she didn’t just gain administrative help—she gained a team. We built custom workflows in Monday.com, created repeatable templates, and developed SOPs to ensure no detail was missed. From managing logistics, certificates, and volunteer appreciation to coordinating simultaneous city launches, we took the operational weight off her shoulders. Most importantly, we became a thought partner, helping her step back, prioritize, and create a sustainable rhythm for growth.

The Result: Space to Lead With Confidence

With Admin Amy’s systems and support in place, LeaderFlow successfully closed out programs in three cities and launched two new ones—all within weeks of each other—without burning out.

The shift wasn’t just operational; it was transformational. Janiece described feeling lighter physically, mentally, and psychologically, finally free to focus on the strategic and relational aspects of her leadership.

“There’s no way I would have been able to do that by myself…this has opened my world up.”
